NEXO Técnico Corp. is a structural engineering and construction firm seeking an Office Manager to oversee office operations, administrative processes, and team's operational rhythm.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role with responsibility for payroll and/or HR
• Experience with ADP or equivalent payroll system (preferred)
• Impeccable organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
• Professional communication in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel)
• Ownership attitude: 'if it fell, I'll pick it up... I won't wait to be told.'
