Office Manager

Tenpo is a Neobanco in Chile that is building the future of finance. The company is looking for an Office Manager who is passionate and proactive to lead the daily operation and be the bridge between the executive committee and the working space. The role is responsible for managing agendas, reunions, and strategic commitments, as well as optimizing resources and creating a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Título en Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Públicas, Secretariado Ejecutivo o carreras afines
• Mínimo 3 años en roles de Office Management, Coordinación Administrativa o Asistencia Ejecutiva de alto nivel
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés
