Job Description
The Regional Distribution Director will lead the distribution sales channel, driving strategic direction and execution, and managing a high-performing team to exceed growth targets and secure design wins.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in the Semiconductor industry
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant
- In-depth understanding of the regional semiconductor market
- Strong technical understanding of Discrete Semiconductors
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
