Sr. Manager, Sustaining

The Sr. Manager for Equipment Maintenance Engineering will lead a team to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment, drive machine efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Equipment Maintenance Engineering or a similar role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent data analysis and technical knowledge
• Proven ability to schedule and organize maintenance activities
• Experience managing operational costs and driving efficiency and savings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and strong drive for improvement
• Experience with international collaboration and travel
• Familiarity with advanced OEE tracking systems and reporting tools
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence methodologies
