Sr Maintenance & Engineering Manager

The Sr Manager Technical Assurance is responsible for ensuring the reliability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the plants manufacturing assets and infrastructure. This role provides leadership and management of site technical resources, including engineering, maintenance, information systems, facility, and utility personnel.

Requirements

• ENGINEERING: Leads development, management, and implementation of the site capital plan, providing prioritization, justification, and cost estimates
• MAINTENANCE: Ensures asset reliability through the development, planning, and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance plans
• FACILITIES, UTILITIES & WASTE TREATMENT: Responsible for all utility operations and maintenance required to support plant operations
• ORGANIZATIONAL SENIOR LEADERSHIP: As site technical leader, is a key contributor to the plant senior leadership team
