Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• Proficiency in chemistry, mechanical, and chemical Plating processes
• Skilled in using statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Statistics)
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication and reporting skills at all organizational levels
• Strong fundamentals in chemistry
• Project management and leadership skills
• People management skills and ability to supervise technicians
