Job Description
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be part of our global Talent Attraction Shared Service Center, delivering high-quality, standardized recruitment services across multiple countries and functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in in-house, SSC, or RPO talent attraction/recruitment, ideally within technical or professional roles
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies
- Proven experience with structured interviewing and direct sourcing approaches
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and working within standardized, SLA-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
- Additional languages requirements: Mandarin or Malaysian
