Job Description
The Hill is seeking a full-time Associate News Producer to assist with breaking news, long and short form video programming focused on politics and culture. The Associate News Producer will assist in production, research, writing, and producing live breaking news, special political news coverage, and original Hill shows.
Requirements
- Experience in broadcasting and digital in national newsrooms or top market
- Strong news judgement
- Understanding of official Washington and national politics
- Experience in broadcast writing skills
- ENPS or INEWS experience preferred
- Editing and Thumbnail experience preferred
