ERGO NEXT is seeking a Global Senior Manager, Learning & Development to design, deliver, and evaluate global learning strategies that sharpen technical skills and accelerate organizational transformation.
Requirements
- Lead the design and execution of ERGO | NEXT's enterprise AI enablement strategy
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify current and future technical learning needs across the organization
- Design, deliver, and evaluate a range of learning solutions
- Facilitate workshops, virtual and in-person training sessions, and onboarding programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and technology roadmaps
