Our client is a leading global player in the iGaming market, looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Support Agent to join their friendly, fun and creative team. The role involves assisting customers with queries, resolving issues, and contributing to team effort to provide the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent knowledge of Finnish- both written and spoken
- A keen interest in sports and casino
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to adapt to shift work
- Customer service experience is considered a plus
- Able to multitask
