We are looking for a passionate and people-centric individual with great communication skills to join our friendly, fun and creative team as a Customer Support Agent. As a Customer Service Star, you will be a one-stop shop for all service, account and payments related needs of our players.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of Finnish, both written and spoken
• A keen interest in sports and casino
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to adapt to shift work
• Customer service experience is considered a plus
• Able to multitask
