Job Description

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support/customer care
- Excellent communication skills
- A problem-solving mindset and sense of ownership
- Tech-savviness and willingness to learn
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Eligibility to work in the EU at the time of application
