Join JTI Customer Experts team as a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Agent and become the primary point of contact for customer requests. Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support/customer care (considered an asset)
