Job Description
We are looking for a strong Senior DevOps Systems Engineer to augment the existing platform team for a large analytic cloud repository.
Requirements
- 17+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer on projects of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 or higher required.
- Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience administering Kubernetes cluster.
- Experience tuning and managing Kafka.
- Experience installing and managing tracing frameworks like Jaeger.
- Experience with HELM charts, ARGOCD, Ansible, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Thanos, Apache Hadoop, and Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS).
- Experienced with Python/Go/Java in that order of preference.
- Experience with Linux operating system monitoring and tuning.
- Experience with Open-source applications and Agile development.
