The successful candidate will have experience in a similar marketing or brand role, ideally within fashion, beauty or retail sectors, and a strong social-first mindset with a passion for content, culture, and storytelling.

- Proven ability to brief and direct content creation across TikTok and Instagram
- Keen trend-spotter with a sharp eye for new influencers, platforms, and visual directions
- Excellent copywriting skills and a clear understanding of brand tone of voice
- Confident using performance insights to guide content and strategy decisions
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace with cross-functional teams
- Passion and keen interest in creating lifestyle content around motherhood alongside fashion
