Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Influencer (FTC, 12 Months)

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Brand, Influencer and Communications across the UKI & EMEA region. The ideal candidate is an agile, culturally-attuned storyteller with strong experience across brand marketing, influencer strategy, social media and communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in brand and influencer/communications marketing within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle
• Proven experience driving impactful brand growth and commercial results in an omni-channel environment
• Strong network across influencers, editors, agents, and cultural partners
• Excellent communicator, collaborator and leader; positive, proactive, and self-starting
• Highly analytical with experience reporting campaign performance and insights
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
