Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing

tarte cosmetics is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to join their team. This role involves developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing high-impact creator partnerships, and strengthening the influencer ecosystem across platforms.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in influencer marketing (in-house or agency); beauty industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in casting creators, negotiating influencer contracts, and managing talent partnerships.
• Strong existing relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
• Deep understanding of social trends, the creator economy, and digital-first brand building.
• Experience supporting or leading influencer teams in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.
• Highly organized, strategic, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners.
