Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
- BA/BS degree
- Strong understanding of creator commerce, performance marketing, and social-driven sales
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs, creators, and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable analyzing performance data including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, ROI, and commission structures
