Job Description
As a Compensation Analyst at Nextdoor, you will help develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve compensation programs to invest in the employee community. You will work directly with employees at all levels, across the entire organization, and lead and support People team initiatives.
Requirements
- Designing, building, and maintaining compensation tooling and dashboards
- Conducting market research and analysis for compensation
- Building and maintaining financial models and running scenario analysis
- Participating in compensation and people related projects
- Participating in in-person Nextdoor events
