Job Description
Serve as the technical authority and compliance lead for several NERC PRC standards applicable to NextEra Energy Power Generation Division (PGD) assets, ensuring protection systems meet mandatory PRC requirements and support PGD’s reliability and audit readiness objectives.
Requirements
- PE preferred.
- 2+ years in protection engineering and NERC compliance for generation assets.
- Expertise in PRC standards and inverter-based resource protection requirements.
- Familiarity with tools like ASPEN/CAPE, PSSE/PSLF, and relay setting management systems.
