Job Description
Nextern is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior R&D Engineer to drive innovation in product development efforts. The role involves leading project teams, designing and developing new medical devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of technical experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
- Proficiency in software applications
- Hands-on knowledge of lab equipment and practices
- Understanding of US and international regulatory standards
