Tasks involve delegating or communicating information to other parties, acting as trainer for new starters, and resolving operational problems within defined schedules.

• Resolve operational problems within defined schedules and service level agreements
• Analyse root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions
• Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures
