Job Description
The Velocity Specialist will lead and assist clients in the implementation of software or solutions while providing implementation support.
Requirements
- Evaluate client needs
- Develop configurations that support business processes
- Execute on delivery of implementation plans
- Test and troubleshoot final configurations
- Assist project managers and sales team
- Estimate efforts and assess feasibility of customer requirements
- Provide feedback on customer-facing documents
- Continuously learn about NextGen products
- Document new ideas, lessons learned, and customer-specific knowledge
- Support existing NextGen implementations
- Serve as an expert for all questions around NextGen products
