We are looking for a People and Culture Manager to join our team at Atomgrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for building our people function from the ground up, focusing on talent acquisition, HR operations, and culture building.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally in a startup/growth-stage company
- Proven success in high-volume and leadership hiring
- Strong foundation as an HR generalist, with recruitment as a core strength
- Exposure to manufacturing/chemicals/pharma sectors is a plus
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, set up processes from scratch, and scale them
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high empathy, and a business-first mindset
