Capgrid - Senior Executive - Supply Chain (Procurement/Purchase)

CapGrid is seeking detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join its Supply Chain – Procurement / Purchase team. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, vendor relationships, and material planning to ensure smooth supply chain operations for consumer appliance components.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Background in Procurement / Purchase / Supply Chain within Consumer Appliances or Tier-I OEM setups
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost structures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Zoho), and data handling
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and supplier ecosystems
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work under tight schedules
