We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead recruitment for our Mass Affluent segment. This segment is high-stakes and high-touch, requiring candidates who possess a unique blend of financial acumen and relationship management skills.
Requirements
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing: Utilize specialized channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job boards, and headhunting) to find candidates with specific experience in Mutual Funds/ AIF/PMS/ Insurance/ MLDs/ Unlisted Products/ Bonds.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Business Heads and respective HODs to understand hiring forecasts and technical requirements for the Mass Affluent market.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, professional recruitment process that reflects our brand's premium standing.
