Talent Acquisition Specialist - Financial Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and drive end-to-end hiring for our Financial Services division in Mumbai. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across diverse functions and markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting for mid–senior level Financial Services / Banking roles
• Agency experience would be a plus
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
