Job description
Join our leadership team as a Backend Developer and take ownership of building and scaling intelligent systems for Generative AI for Legal and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers in developing production-grade pipelines and scalable web applications.
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring code quality, and coding robust backend systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers in a highly AGILE environment, create and maintain technical documentation, build scalable and secure products, and help with debugging and code reviews.
This role offers a leadership position, the opportunity to join an early tech team, and the freedom to recruit developers. You will also have the chance to build Webnyay's culture from scratch and participate in learning and development opportunities.
