Job Description
Nextiva is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the evolution of FP&A from a traditional reporting function into a predictive, data-driven, and AI-enabled strategic partner to the business.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of corporate FP&A in a public or late-stage private growth company
- Strong preference for experience in SaaS, technology, or recurring revenue business models
- Demonstrated success driving financial transformation and process improvement
- Experience implementing or scaling financial systems and planning tools
- AI & Data Competencies (Required): Experience leveraging advanced analytics, data platforms, or AI/ML in finance or business decision-making
