Junior Lead Consultant - Workday HCM

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Workday Junior Lead Consultant to support the delivery of Workday HCM implementations and optimizations.

Requirements

• Support and lead configuration and deployment activities across Workday HCM modules.
• Serve as a workstream lead for specific functional areas, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and guide decision-making based on best practices.
• Perform unit testing, assist with integration and data validation, and support user acceptance testing.
• Document functional requirements, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date on Workday enhancements and help clients adopt new features strategically.
