Job Description
We are looking for a Medical Claims Analyst (AR) to join our growing US Healthcare team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to ensure accurate and timely resolution of accounts receivable and medical claims.
Requirements
- At least 1st year undergraduate or High School graduate
- Minimum of 1 year experience in US Healthcare provider or billing (hospital or physician billing) and AR collections
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare and insurance terminologies (copay, coinsurance, deductibles)
- Familiar with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claim forms
- Proficient in interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to handle outbound calls (30%)
