We're looking for an exceptional ABM & Demand Generation Manager who can orchestrate our entire account-based marketing programme while driving demand generation through paid advertising.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing with demonstrable ABM and paid advertising experience
- Proven ABM expertise managing programmes across multiple tiers (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many)
- Hands-on paid media experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Track record of generating MQLs/SQAs through integrated ABM and paid campaigns
- Experience with account-based orchestration and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys in complex, enterprise sales environments
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platform)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in Portugal
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team
