Residential Manager
Associate's degree in psychology or sociology; experience working with youth; valid driver's license
Occupational Therapist
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program, licensed to practice in MA, and excellent interpersonal skills
Assistant Residential Supervisor
Residential experience and 2-3 years of experience working with similar populations are required
Case Manager/Family Support Worker
Must have lived experience as a parent/caregiver of a youth with a significant social, emotional, behavioral health, medical or trauma related needs and experience in navigating child and family serving systems. Bachelors preferred. Flexible schedule including evening and weekend availability
Residential Supervisor
High school diploma, supervisory experience, and at least 1 year of residential counselor experience required
Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, Unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts, Experience working with adolescents in a residential or inpatient setting preferred
Residential Youth Counselor
Experience working with youth, high school diploma, and valid driver's license required
Clinical Internship - Unpaid
Enrolled in Master's program in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; relevant coursework in clinical practice and ethics; strong interpersonal skills
Undergraduate Internship - Unpaid
Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field; strong interpersonal and communication skills; reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned internship site(s)
Direct Care Staff - Adult
Two years of experience, high energy level, and current MAP certification preferred
