Residential Supervisor

NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Residential Supervisor to join our residential youth programs in MA. The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the program, including oversight of staff, youth, and daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in human services or related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience working in a residential setting with youth is required.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
