Job Description
NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking motivated and dedicated Assistant Supervisors to join our residential youth programs located in Haverhill, Wilmington, Beverly, Peabody, and Amesbury, MA.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working in a residential setting with youth is required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
