Master's Level Clinician

NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a dedicated Master’s Level Clinician to join our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents facing serious mental health challenges, while enjoying the benefits of a low caseload and no on-call duties.

Requirements

• Completed Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure eligible for LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT
• Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on adolescent mental health
• Prior experience working with adolescents and their families, with expertise in crisis stabilization and management
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
