RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR

NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges. The organization is seeking a Direct Care Counselor for its residential treatment program, NFI North Bridge Crossing, in Bridgton, ME.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or experience in the field working with youth
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making
