Residential Counselor

NFI North is seeking a Residential Counselor to work with teenagers in a Residential Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will be a born leader with strong organization and communication skills, able to maintain a safe and supportive environment and provide crisis intervention and case management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making
