The Customer Service Representative will perform daily transactional activities required for the customer, provide input and feedback to customer strategies, and build strong relationships with customers to help facilitate business growth.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Oracle systems/processes, Bills of Materials, basic knowledge of transit vehicles and systems
- Microsoft Office, Excel
- Power BI
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
