Job Description
We are seeking a Consultant-Employee Benefits to interact with clients, develop and maintain relationships with client and carrier representatives, and provide trusted benefit advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and welfare consulting, with experience in designing, implementing, and managing employer-sponsored benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or a related field
- 8+ years health and welfare consulting experience
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
- GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
