We are seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to create a positive first impression of the firm for all clients and guests and to support the business overall.

Requirements

• Greet clients and visitors to the office
• Respond to telephone messages
• Open and close the office
• Prepare conference rooms for internal and client meetings
• Maintain office common and meeting areas
• Organize client and company functions
• Provide office support
• Serve as liaison with property management
• Collaborate with IT and Human Resources
• Maintain client information in Sales Force
