Senior Software Engineer (PHP)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Consumer Product team in Vilnius or Kaunas. The role involves implementing technical initiatives to improve product quality, partnering with Product to align engineering decisions with user needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience in backend development with PHP/Symfony, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Lithuanian and English are required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development (ideally with PHP/Symfony)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MariaDB, PostgreSQL)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
