Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will manage and lead 2 of our Scrum development teams. You will work with your team's Product Manager and Tech Lead to estimate and refine future work, participate in technical design reviews, and partner with Security, Compliance, and Data teams to ensure your team's work meets enterprise-grade standards.

What You Will Do

Manage team members to improve/maintain high performance and morale, serve as the primary engineering point of contact for your counterpart Product Manager(s) and Designers, and align on roadmap priorities, technical constraints, and timeline expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience of robust AI usage & development
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on software development experience
• At least 4 years of people management experience
• Intimate knowledge & use of C#/.NET (4.5 or above)
• Demonstrated use and knowledge of React.js & Angular.js
• Experience working with both Microsoft & Azure SQL
