Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing group of engineers focused on building scalable data infrastructure, enabling advanced analytics, and driving AI-powered insights across the organization.

What You Will Do

Provide hands-on technical leadership and people management for a distributed engineering staff, collaborate with product managers and designers, manage project delivery, and help define engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a hands-on technical leader of engineering teams
• 2 years of people management experience in hiring, mentoring and supporting engineering staff
• 7 years of experience in software development including design, implementation and maintenance of complex web applications
• 5 years of experience coding and delivering Node.js applications
• 5 years of experience with unit test automation
• Strong understanding of industry best practices for software engineering
• Experience working with ReactJS frontend frameworks
• Experience working with MongoDB/Postgresql
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English
