Job Description
Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising strategy work, implementation of raising grants and investments, and heading marketing and communications initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Public Administration, Certified Fundraising Executive and at least 10-15 years of paid professional experience and a track record in senior level management
- Supervise, lead and inspire fundraising and marketing/communications teams
- Be an analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives to staff, and tactics necessary to achieve business goals
- Must possess a valid California driver's license and automobile insurance
- Must be able to travel throughout Southern California and other areas as required
- Requires attendance at evening meetings and occasional weekend assignments
- Must be bondable
