Chief Operating Officer

Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County (NHS) seeks a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations and help the nonprofit grow and fulfill its mission.

Requirements

• Minimum BS/BA degree with at least 10 years of experience and a track record in senior level Operations Management
• Adept in organizational management with the ability to coach staff to manage teams and develop and implement production and/or programmatic strategies
• Have deep experience in production-based budgeting and fiscal management
• Be an analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives to staff, and tactics necessary to achieve business goals
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills
• Must possess valid California Driver License and automobile insurance
• Must be bondable
