AI Product Owner

NiCE is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive end-to-end internal AI initiatives and transform core processes across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, and other business functions. The role involves owning the full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives, from opportunity framing to delivery, adoption, and measured outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager/product manager with proven business analysis capabilities
• 1 year of hands-on experience with AI projects
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms
• Solid understanding of AI agents, automation, and how AI reshapes the way processes are designed
• Experience with leading complex, cross-functional projects, ideally combining transformation, automation, or digital programs
