Implementation Engineer

Implementation Engineers collaborate with clients to implement NICE products, configuring client portals and managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously. They serve as lead resources on projects improving configuration and implementation processes, and provide feedback to the Product Management team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years experience in customer-facing roles
• At least 3 years hands on experience configuring CCaaS environments
• Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Implementation or Technical Support experience
