NiCE is looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the evolution of their Customer Experience Automation and Analytics products, with a strong focus on data, analytics, and intelligent automation (including AI-powered capabilities).
Requirements
- Experience working in a product management, business analysis, or technical delivery role within a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to articulate both business and technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Curious mindset, with the ability to learn new domains and technologies quickly.
