Job Description
NiCE is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Release Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases, ensuring efficient delivery, safe operation, and minimal business disruption. The role involves environment management, software deployment, governance, and quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce metadata, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or release management.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, change sets, and deployment tools.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
